Hi, we are a creative culture market, Much-Merch. 


Much-Merch is currently preparing a home page renewal. We will be introducing our new look on Thursday, 1st of September. Before the renewal, we will be informing the changes in advance, so please refer to it.


Details can be found when the renewal site is opened and if no consent is made to the changed terms of use, some of the services will be limited after 1st of September(Thur).

[Check List]

  • Kakao Simple log in members can log in in the same way as before.
  • In the case of Google Easy Sign-up members, they will be converted to regular members due to the end of Google Easy Sign-up support.
  • For general members and Google Easy Sign-up members, password reset is required when logging in to MEMEZ for the first time, and a password reset link will be delivered via email before the renewal site opens.
  • Non-member order inquiry is available by entering the name and the order numbe on MEMEZ site.
  • If you do not agree with the changed terms and conditions, you can withdraw from the membership or file an objection through the customer service center.
  • If a separate objection is not filed by the day before the effective date of the changed terms and conditions, the changed terms and conditions of use will be applied as it is judged to have agreed to this change.
  • For dormant members, it is not possible to log in to MEMEZ with the same ID, unless the dormant state is canceled by midnight on August 31st (Wed).

Unless there is a separate agreement with the user on the timing of supply of goods, "Mall" shall take necessary measures such as made-to-order production, packaging, etc. so that goods can be delivered within seven days from the date of subscription by the user. However, if "Mall" has already received all or part of the price of goods, etc., measures shall be taken within three business days from the date of receiving all or part of the price. At this time, "Mall" takes appropriate measures to ensure that users can check the supply procedures and progress of goods, etc.

Unless there is a separate agreement with the user regarding the time of supply of goods, etc., the “Mall” shall take necessary measures such as custom production, packaging and others so that the goods, etc. can be delivered to the user within 7 days from the date of subscription. In addition, in cases where the “Mall” has already received payment for goods, etc., in whole or in part, it shall take action within 3 business days from the date of receipt of payment in part or in whole. In such cases, the “Mall” shall take appropriate measures so that users can confirm the process and progress of supply of goods, etc. However, if there is a separate agreement between a user and the “Mall” under special circumstances, it may be determined differently by agreement.

The “Mall” may delete or change posts posted by users within the service without prior notice in cases where it is determined that such posts fall under any of the following Subparagraphs, and the “Mall’ shall not be liable therefor.

1. Spam and commercial posts

2. In the event that a false fact is revealed in order to defame another person and the reputation of another person is injured

3. Posts containing contents that infringe on rights such as disclosure of another person’s personal information or copyright of a third party without consent

4. Posts that may cause discomfort or controversy to users using the “Mall” such as political, religious, or adult materials

5. If it is deemed that the posts of a user violate other relevant laws and regulations and the guidelines of the “Mall”

(1) The “Mall” may issue to members using purchase service a product coupon that allows for a certain amount or a certain percentage discount when purchasing designated products.

(2) Members may only use a product coupon for their purchase, and in no case shall they actually sell nor transfer it to another person.

(3) Use of a product coupon may be limited to some items or amounts, and cannot be used after the expiration of the term of validity.

(4) In the event a member withdraws his/her membership, the product coupon shall be extinguished.



Article 25 (Indemnification)

(1) If the “Mall” is unable to provide services due to natural disasters, force majeure, or other reasons beyond the reasonable control of the “Mall,” it shall not be liable therefor.

(2) The “Mall” does not bear liability for damages in cases where the service cannot be provided due to a cause attributable to the user.

(3) The “Mall” shall not be responsible for the user's inability to obtain expected profits from the use of the service or for damages arising from using materials obtained through the service.

(4) The user in question shall bear the responsibility for the reliability or accuracy of the information, materials, facts, etc. posted by the user on the screen, and the “Mall” shall not bear any responsibility for damages suffered by the user or a third party due to inadequateness in the content.

(5) The “Mall” bears no liability for any damages incurred to the users or third parties due to willful misconduct or negligence on the part of the user in connection with the use of the Services.
